3rd R is Subhi Al-Khadra, representative of the town of Safed (in Galilee), later one of the founders of the pan-Arab Independence Party. 4th R is Abdul-Hamid Shoman, founder of the Arab Bank, which became the most successful and prestigious private Arab banking institution in the Arab World.
