خلفية
تأسيسا على عملها الطويل في القدس وحولها، تنظم مؤسسة باسيا هذه الدورة التدريبية لتعزيز قدرة وفاعلية الشباب الفلسطيني على تصميم أنشطة المناصرة والإعلام والتوعية العامة على خلفية التهديد المحدق لتراثهم الديني وثقافتهم في القدس. واستناداً إلى فكرة أن الجهات المعنية المحلية والمجتمع يلعبون دوراً حيوياً في عملية حماية التراث والهوية الوطنية، ستزود الدورة المشاركين بالمعرفة والأدوات والمهارات اللازمة لتطوير أهداف واستراتيجيات وحملات المناصرة لاستخدامها على المستويين المحلي والوطني. سيتم تنفيذ هذه الدورة التدريبية كجزء من مشروع "حماية التراث الإسلامي والمسيحي في القدس" الذي يتم تنفيذه بالشراكة بين مؤسسة الرؤية الفلسطينية ومؤسسة باسيا ومؤسسة آكت لحل النزاعات، وبتمويل من الإتحاد الأوروبي.
متطلبات التقدم بالطلبات
يستهدف هذا البرنامج التدريبي مشاركين تشمل مهامهم صياغة السياسات أو المناصرة أو الضغط، مثل تنظيم الحملات والمراقبة وحشد الأفراد والموارد، والذين يرغبون في تعزيز مهاراتهم، بالإضافة إلى الناشطين الشباب المشاركين في المبادرات ذات الطابع العملي والمبادرات المجتمعية. يتوجب على المشاركين الالتزام بدوام كامل طوال فترة الدورة، والقيام بالقراءة التمهيدية والمهام المكتوبة، إضافة إلى إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية قراءة وكتابة.
مبنى ومحتوى الدورة
• التحضير: سيتم تزويد المشاركين والمشاركات بمواد تحضيرية قبل بدء الدورة، وسيطلب منهم كتابة ورقة موجزة عن أي موضوع متعلق بالدورة.
• دورة تدريبية مكثفة: سيتم عرض القضايا والمفاهيم والممارسات الرئيسية في مجالات المناصرة والضغط والتخطيط والاتصال خلال الدورة التي ستستمر لأربعة أيام، مع التركيز على ضرورة حماية الثقافة والتراث الفلسطيني في القدس. وسيشمل البرنامج ما يلي:
• التراث الثقافي الإسلامي والمسيحي في القدس
• مهارات الاتصال الفعالة
• تحليل سياق المناصرة
• تحديد الجمهور المستهدف والرسائل
• أساليب ومهارات المناصرة، وتتضمن:
• المناصرة الرقمية (وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والتقنيات الجديدة)
• حملات التخطيط
• دراسات حالة وزيارات ميدانية
• ختام الدورة: سيتم منح شهادات للمشاركين الذين أتموا البرنامج بنجاح.
إجراءات التسجيل
على المهتمين بالدورة التدريبية تعبئة طلب الالتحاق. ستوجب على المشاركين الذين يتم اختيارهم تأكيد تفرغهم والتزامهم بالمشاركة بدوام كامل خطياً، إضافة إلى تقديم كتاب رسمي من مشغليهم يؤكد إعفائهم من العمل خلال فترة الدورة.
ستعقد الدورة الدراسية لمدة أربعة أيام متتالية: من الأربعاء حتى السبت، 10-13 تشرين الثاني 2021، في مدينة القدس.
لن يكلف المشاركون بأية رسوم اشتراك أو مصاريف للدورة (الدورة الدراسية مجانية).

Protecting Islamic and Christian Cultural Heritage in Jerusalem
calls for applications for a training seminar on
ADVOCACY, COMMUNICATION AND PLANNING SKILLS
Background
Building on its longstanding work in and on Jerusalem, PASSIA is organizing this training seminar to enhance the capacity and effectiveness of young Palestinians to successfully engage in advocacy, media and public awareness activities against the background of their threatened religious heritage and culture in Jerusalem. Based on the notion that local stakeholders and the community play a vital role in protecting national heritage and identity, the course will provide participants with the knowledge, tools and skills to develop advocacy goals, strategies and campaigns for use at local and international levels. This training is part of the "Protecting Islamic and Christian Culture in Jerusalem" project which is jointly implemented by Palestinian Vision Organization, PASSIA and ACT, and funded by the EU.
Application Requirements
The training program is aimed at participants whose tasks include policy formulation, advocacy or lobbying, such as campaigning, monitoring and mobilizing people and resources, and who wish to enhance their skills, as well as youth activists involved in action-oriented and community-based initiatives. Applicants must be able to commit themselves full-time throughout the required period and to do preparatory reading and writ-ten work. Knowledge of written and spoken English is essential.
Program Structure and Content
• Preparation. Selected participants will be provided with preparatory material and are required to complete a brief writing assignment on a subject related to the seminar.
• Intensive Seminar. During the four-day seminar, key issues, concepts and practices of advocacy & lobbying, planning, and communication will be introduced, focusing on the need to protect Palestinian culture and heritage in Jerusalem. The program includes:
• Islamic & Christian Cultural Heritage in Jerusalem
• Effective Communication Skills
• Analyzing the Context for Advocacy
• Identifying Target Audiences & Messages
• Advocacy Methods & Skills
• Digital Advocacy (social media, new technologies)
• Planning Campaigns • Case studies & field visit
• Conclusion. Certificates will be awarded to participants who successfully completed the program.
Procedure
Candidates interested in the training seminar should fill-in the E-application form. Upon selection, participants will have to confirm their commitment to full-time participation in writing as well as submit a letter from their employers confirming that they will be exempted from work during the required period.
The PASSIA Training Program will take place from 10-13 November 2021 in Jerusalem. There are no costs involved.
